Problems with the order

If you receive an incorrect artwork or incorrect size, please let us know by sending an email to orders@artgalleryar.com with pictures of the artwork you have received. We will process your free replacement order as soon as possible. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label that we will provide you with.
Our packaging generally avoids all problems, thus avoiding the hassle of an exchange, however, if your work does not arrive in perfect condition, take pictures of the packaging in which it arrived as well as photos of the article defects and send us an e-mail with those pictures at orders@artgalleryar.com. Upon review and if applicable, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label that we will provide you with.

Product Details and Maintenance

Fine Art Print

Premium quality Fine Art Paper, 300 gsm. Printed on 8 colors printer allowing for a better depth of color in the prints.

Fine Art Prints are produced with a mat border, which provides a visual buffer between the image area and the frame, so the AR experience is uninterrupted.

The colors you see on your monitor are close to those printed, but because of differences in monitor color calibration, perfect matching can never be guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

No problem. Please take photos of the package in which it arrived as well as photos of the article and send us an email at orders@artgalleryar.com. Upon review, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label.
We want you to be satisfied with our artwork, so if you want to return or exchange it, we will gladly do so within the first 15 days of receiving the package based on the postal tracking information. Please simply email us at orders@artgalleryar.com with your order number and a photo of the product you wish to return or exchange. We will process your refund or exchange request once your returned item has been received. Please note that returns without printing problem or damage are the responsibility of the customer in its original packaging or similar and all refunds are subject to a 30% handling fee. Your refund will be activated as soon as your returned artwork has been received and processed.
You may request cancellation of your order at any time before your order is printed or within 3-4 days after the order. Please note beyond that time a cancelation and processing fee of 30% will be subjected to your refund.

YES! We ship internationally! Please note shipping prices may vary depending on size and location. Upon check out, you will be able to see the applicable shipping charges reflected in your cart based on your address.
You can expect to receive your order between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of purchase for Zone Europe. All our Arworks are printed to order and assembled by hand. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be a delay of a few days beyond our control. To track your order online, visit your account history.
The cost of duties and taxes is paid to the customs office of your country and not determined or collected by artgalleryar.com. International taxes and duties are not included in your order and must be paid locally before delivery.
If you want to change the delivery address for an already paid order, DO NOT attempt changing it in your account settings as it does not affect the orders that are already registered. Instead, please contact us at orders@artgalleryar.com so we can try to make these changes for you if your package has not been sent yet. Please note that changing ordering information may delay shipping.
Tracking Numbers are displayed 24 to 48h after purchase. Most orders ship between 10-14 business days from the date of purchase as all of our items are made to order and assembled by hand. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be a delay of a few days beyond our control.

If you are logged-in, navigate to "Account details" where you will see a form to change your password. If you are not logged in, navigate to login page and click "Reset password" link.
Log in, go to "My Account", click on "Addresses", you'll see your current billing an shipping addresses. Click on "Edit" link to change any of them.
If you don't have an account and make a purchase on the site, the account is created for you automatically. You don't need an account to browse the works, but having one will give you an access to such features as: - Saving favorite works; - Save information for future orders for a faster payment experience.
To create an account, simply click "My account" navigation link. Provide your email address and password in the "Register" form and click "Register" button. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Order Processing and Payment

Yes! Simply login to your account and you can take your time. We will make sure it stays in the basket.
Our items are sold in Euro. Your order will be charged in euros.
All duties and taxes for orders outside France are the responsibility of the customer. If the products are shipped outside France, the recipient of the product is fully responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
All orders are invoiced in full at the time of purchase.

- Check your cart to make sure you have selected the correct images, sizes and quantities.

- If you have a coupon, enter it in the field "Enter coupon" and select "Apply".

Augmented Prints

To view Augmented Prints come to life in Augmented Reality, download our App, scan the QR for the image with App QR scanner, click on "Download AR" button, and once downloaded, click on "Launch AR" button. Then point the camera at the image and watch it come to live in Augmented Reality.

You have access to 3 trial views on every print on the site. You can unlock unlimited views for one year by purchasing the print.

A license is generated upon checkout. This license allows you to activate one year of unlimited views for your purchased prints.

You will be notified 1 month before your unlimited views are about to expire.

After one year, you can choose to extend and pay per view (1 view = 0.01€).

We recommend activating your access once you receive the prints, however, you can do it any time in your account, in the menu "Orders/Licenses".

You account comes pre-charged with 100 views upon registration. You can use these views after your unlimited views are expired. After that you can buy views by packs.

When you purchase additional prints of the same item on the same or different media, your license is automatically updated to the dates of the latest active license.
